11PD - South Penrith

11PD is a perfect example of how to best integrate an existing build with an extension and additional level.

This new six bedroom house was designed to create separate living quarters to care for the parents, whilst the first floor addition enables the family to live separately. The extended kitchen, living and dining then becomes the shared areas of the house.

This alterations and additions contrasted the new and old, using differing construction, materials, colours and textures.
