8KA - Villawood

8KA in Villawood sought to create a new build for our lovely clients. Opting to utilise brick, we looked at several facade and colour options to create a dramatic and appealing curbside appeal that met the budget. Arches and curved corner bricks became an integral feature of the house.

This house delivered on a four bedroom, two bathroom house with added home theatre and open plan living, kitchen and dining areas. The three metre ceiling also created beautiful volumetric spaces supplemented with skylights.
