2ASS - St Marys

2ASS in St Marys is a proposed duplex situated on a 841m² block, with a challenging wide frontage, steeply sloped site, side setback and easement. The proposed duplex aims to incorporate luxurious living for both units, whilst limiting the bulk and scale of the project.

A key driver for this project was to achieve a functional internal floor plan that was both practical and comfortable. In doing so, a level of luxury was attained for both units.

To reduce the bulk and scale of the duplex, the facade required a unique approach by incorporating varying vertical and horizontal elements driven by various colours and materials.
