12TS - Warragamba
12TS in Warragamba took an empty and triangular site and brought to reality a fully functional home for our client. At 418m² the tight constraints and CDC limitations presented the opportunities.
Kitchen, living and dining areas with a WC were allocated on the ground floor away from the master bedroom suite. The second level housed the additional two bedrooms with individual ensuites.
The exterior was developed to present a modest dwelling without appearing out of place. A simple two-tone horizontal cladding helped to reduce the overall bulk at the rear of the house towards the neighbours. This allowed the front of the house to become the main focus of this development.
